After you leave UCSB your account will be deactivated. If you'd like
to save a copy of your messages you'll need to follow the procedure below.
You can create an archive of the mail in your account using WebAccess.
Once you've logged in, select the Folders section, click the checkboxes corresponding to the folders you wish to archive,
and select the "Download Folders" action to download the messages to your computer.
If you chose to create zip archive, you can uncompress the mail archives using any standard "unzip" utility.
Once uncompressed, you can read these archives using any text
editor (such as WordPad or Textedit) or import them into the mail program of your choice.
