The autoreply feature automatically responds to mail when you can't respond yourself. This is useful if you're going out of town for holidays or school breaks, unable to reach your mail for an extend period, or when your account has nearly expired and you need to inform correspondents of your new e-mail address.

When enabled, the autoreply system immediately sends a reply message to each person that sends you e-mail. You can use this to let your correspondents know you're on vacation, you have a new e-mail address, or whatever you'd like.

Using autoreply is easy; you can configure it using WebAccess and selecting Vacation Auto-Reply in the Account Tools section.

  • Activate the autoreply feature by clicking the Enable Vacation Auto-Reply button.
  • Once autoreply has been enabled, you can customize the reply message as you see fit and click the Update Auto-Reply Message button.
  • Autoreply can be deactivated using the Disable Vacation Auto-Reply button.
