Over the past two weeks U-Mail has suffered from a small number of incidents by which incoming message delivery has been delayed. In each of these incidents, messages have been hung up on our incoming delivery servers for several hours rather than being delivered instantaneously.

The root cause of these issues has been the result of spammers abusing our messaging systems as a result of our customers continually falling prey to password "phishing" scams. We expect to have the issues resolved within the coming days.

As of 5/25/2012 we have implemented measures to resume normal message delivery times and believe this problem to be resolved.
