Dear UCSB students,

In a continuing effort to simplify the technology profile here on campus, we are changing the way students log into Microsoft Office 365 products (Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Teams, Powerpoint, etc). If you have previously used your UCSBNetID@Umail.ucsb.edu account to log into Microsoft Office 365 products, you will now use UCSBNetID@ucsb.edu to log in to these products after July 15th, 2021.

If you have downloaded Microsoft Office products and registered them, you will be prompted to reactivate them with the new UCSBNetID@ucsb.edu account.
